Building Operations Support System (BOSS) was launched in 2009 in response to an industry need for a cloud-based data reporting system for property owners, occupiers and managers to receive risk and compliance data in real-time for their property portfolios.

This exclusive, cloud-based platform is fully customisable, with flexible user permissions and built-in escalations to ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed.

BOSS' Vision

BOSS empowers property owners and manages to operate safer buildings within all asset classes. Our vision is to deliver an industry leading property risk and compliance platform that allows a single, integrated property risk and compliance platform that allows a single, integrated management system that encompasses not only risk and compliance management items within a buildings, but also contractor, site incident and safety induction management. 

By 2023, BOSS will offer an online training platform property compliance and risk management : Essential Services Management, Property Risk, Height Safety, Emergency Management and Contractor Management.
